Morrow County Board of Health will appeal landfill decision

MARENGO -- The Morrow County Board of Health opted not to stick to the plan of approving or denying the landfill applications.
Instead, it will appeal the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency director's Feb. 6 decision to "grandfather" applications by C&DD Acquisitions for landfills in Harmony and Washington townships.
