Garbage district appeals decision on Countywide

BOLIVAR - By a 5-3 vote, the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Solid Waste Management District today appealed a state decision to permit the expansion of Countywide Recycling & Disposal Facility in southern Stark County.
